29-year-old Brown has rushed for 4815 yards and 36 touchdown, and caught 184 passes for 1491 yards with Miami. He ran for 1,000 yards in 2006 and made his only Pro Bowl team in 2008.
Brown is the seventh major acquisition Eagles did last week, along with defensive linemen Jason Babin and Cullen Jenkins, cornerbacks Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and Nnamdi Asomugha, offensive lineman Evan Mathis and defender Vince Young
Before adding Brown, Eagles, only experienced running back LeSean McCoy was a starter in 1080, which ran for 70 yards and caught passes last year, and Eldra Buckley, who had just 36 carries in two years with the Eagles.
Brown was the second pick in the 2005 draft, 49ers defender Alex Smith.
In addition, the Eagles also signed unrestricted free agent offensive solutions Ryan Harris one-year contract.

He has 12 interceptions in 63 games, 40 of them starts. The best season on the page in 2008, when he was four interceptions, two forced fumbles, fumble recovery and 62 tackles in 16 starts in Kansas City.
He played 10 games, starting one, with New England last season.

Ronnie Brown, the Eagles must agree to the contract
The Eagles agreed to contract terms Tuesday with veteran running back Ronnie Brown, who spent his first six seasons with the Dolphins.
